Guest access Guests have access to the home and yard, including the patio with water views, the private dock with boat slips, kayaks and paddle board, the finished part of the basement and one garage space. Pond access is down a hill so caution must be used when traversing the sloping terrain. One small/medium dog may be allowed upon request and after confirming dog is up-to-date on all vaccinations and flea/tick medication, house-broken, groomed ahead of visiting and non-destructive. Dogs cannot be left unattended on the property unless crated and are not allowed on beds or furniture. We appreciate your understanding as the family has dog/cat allergies, but understand these pets are family members too. Rollaway single bed can be added for alternate sleeping arrangement-please inform hosts ahead of stay so it can be set up for you.
