Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The space Ideal for up to four people, this apartment is located on the first floor of a two-unit building. It has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dinning table. It has a nice fully fenced yard and two parking spaces in front of the house. It is fully furnished and includes all utilities, wi-fi and laundry. Located in a cute cul-de-sac from a quiet neighborhood, just 1/2 mile from the beach and 50 minute drive to Boston. There is a central heat system for the winter and window a/c units for the summer. The laundry is shared and is located in the basement. FYI there is another apartment upstairs and it is occupied by other tenants and there may be some ambient noise that travel through the walls and ceiling (both ways). Guest access The main access is from the front of the house. There is an entrance hall where the apartment door is located. There is an electronic key pad in both doors and we will provide you with the access code before your arrival. You can also access the apartment from the back of the house through the back deck. Other things to note This is a Smoke-Free / Pet-Free property. We will charge a $250 Cleaning Fee for any violations to this rule.
