Nestled in a serene area, we are a 10-minute stroll to Keyes Memorial and Eugenia Fortes beaches in Hyannis Port. Or hop on a trolley at the nearby Irish Village that will connect you to all the local beaches. Also, a 5-minute ride to Craigville Beach. We're a short distance to the vibrant heart of downtown Hyannis w/45 restaurants and the harbor. Take a 5-minute stroll to the Kennedy Compound, and admire the stunning gardens in Hyannis Port or unwind in the tranquility of our backyard oasis. The space Maximum occupancy: 6 Maximum vehicles: 4 Bedroom 1: 1 Queen in master with ensuite walk-in shower Bedroom 2: Day bed (2 twins) Bedroom 3: 1 Queen with access to the back deck (2nd full bathroom with tub and shower) One Level Ranch. Open entertainment area (kitchen and living room). Our backyard oasis: • water fountain on the patio • table with seating for 4 on patio outside kitchen • sails for shade over the patio • seating area for 4 at gas firepit • hammock • gas grill • flower garden • back deck with bar, high top table for 6, outdoor living area - all covered with shade sails. The back of the house catches the ocean breezes • outdoor shower/spa is behind the shed alongside the path to the garden. Guest access In the shed, there are 2 adult bicycles. There are also noodles and boogie boards for the beach in the shed and a blue cart you can take if you walk to the beach. There are also 2 ocean kayaks should you be adventurous or you could take them to one of the largest lakes on Cape Cod - Lake Wequaquet in Centerville. Other things to note Traveling Nurse Special: October and November. Parking: There are 3 driveways: 2 on the side of the house and one in front of the shed. Also available at a reduced 2 month rate for traveling nurses Oct. 1- Nov 30. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. No pets please. There is a cleaning fee of $200 per 2 months. One -2 week cleaning fee: $100
