The space Completely renovated in 2023, our Cape Cottage is 4 minutes to Ridgevale beach and has 2 bedrooms (3 beds), one full bathroom, an outdoor shower, a paver patio dining set, a Weber BBQ grill, a fire pit and much more! On a half acre and set back more than 250 feet on a private road, Cape Cottage is truly an oasis. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with 2 nightstands, a full closet and dresser. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a nightstand and a closet behind a restored barn door. The brand new bathroom features luxury fixtures like Delta and Kohler, a soft closing sliding shower door and an automatic humidity-sensing shower fan. The completely renovated kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances and a beautiful white stone countertop with no shortage of prep space. With a 32" Kohler sink and full sized dishwasher and refrigerator, our Cottage provides ample capability to host your family and friends for all types of occasions. Our sun-filled living room is the largest and our favorite room in the home. With a wall mounted 60" smart TV, you can enjoy the provided Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ and YouTube TV with one easy to use remote. Want to spend unplugged quality time with family and friends instead? Open our entertainment center full of fun games and puzzles. Also located in the living room is a stacked washer and dryer out of sight and in the closet. What's a Cape Cod vacation without a patio and fire pit to enjoy the cool summer nights? The paver patio features a dining table and Weber grill to host any (or all) outdoor meals. From the patio, a short walk on the cobblestone lined path will bring you to the outdoor shower and fire pit.
