Situated in the very heart of Atlantic City, this property is also just a short walk from the Tanger Outlets, making it an ideal spot for your group getaway. First Floor: • Enter through the first entrance into a welcoming space featuring a dining room and a recently renovated kitchen. • This floor includes three bedrooms: • Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed and a daybed. • Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed. • Bedroom 3: Two twin-size beds. • A shared, newly updated bathroom is available for all guests on this floor. Second Floor: • Access the second and third floors through a separate entrance, offering additional privacy. • The second floor boasts a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms: • All three bedrooms are outfitted with queen-size beds. • Guests on this floor share a renovated bathroom. Third Floor: • The top floor features a unique layout perfect for relaxation and entertainment: • Bedroom 1: Two queen-size beds. • Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed. • Bedroom 3: A versatile space that can serve as a game room or an additional living room, with a queen-size futon for extra sleeping space. • This floor also includes a newly updated bathroom and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. Outdoor Space: • One of the highlights of this home is the beautiful backyard, complete with a grill and a small dining area, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Additional Features: • The property has two separate entrances, ensuring privacy for larger groups staying on different floors. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, including both units of the duplex. Each unit has its own separate entrance, providing added privacy and convenience. You will receive door codes for both entrances—the lower floor and the upper floor—ensuring easy access throughout your stay. Please note that these entrances are not connected internally, offering a fully private experience for guests using each unit. Other things to note Parking: We provide five designated FIVE parking spots exclusively for our guests, located just four houses down from the property. Street parking is available as well, though it is limited to three hours only. Amenities: No need to worry about bringing toiletries or linens—we’ve got you covered! We provide shampoo, towels, sheets, and all the essentials to ensure you have a comfortable, hotel-like stay. Pets: Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Please include them in the Guest Count when booking and let us know in advance. Entertainment: There is one Smart TV in the living room and TVs in two of the bedrooms. Please note that we do not have cable TV, but you can stream your favorite shows and movies. Age Restriction: Per Atlantic City regulations, we are not permitted to rent to groups under the age of 21. Historic Charm: While the home has been fully renovated and modernized, it was built over 100 years ago and retains some of its original quirks.
