Description

A unique and tranquil getaway. A verdant oasis waiting for you to enjoy. Stunning views of tropical beauty from all windows of the home makes the place feel like you're in the trees. Only a short walk to the famous Kehena Beach (black sand beach on the east shore). Spinner dolphins frequent the water; as a result, the beach has also been known as Dolphin Beach. After the beach come back and rinse off at a heated outdoor shower and soak in the hot tub. A private paradise! The space You and your guests will enjoy a calming, peaceful feeling while listening to the wonderful sounds of the ocean and jungle from this spacious home located in the much desired coastal community of Kehena Beach. The home is nestled into an amazing tropical property, in a quiet neighborhood, all within a short minutes’ walk to the Ocean where often sea turtles and dolphins are spotted. Beautiful homes throughout the neighborhood. The main floor on the second level, features a comfortable living/dining area facing East toward the ocean, great for catching the trade wind breezes and morning sunrises. It opens to a large lanai where you can enjoy the tropical sights and sounds. The kitchen features a custom wood island with bar seating, quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. On this upper level you will find 2 bedrooms, plus a full sized bathroom. The upstairs bedrooms are artful and have lush, tree-top views one with a king size bed and one and queen size bed in the other. Additionally, downstairs there is another family room with two couches that are full size and can easily be slept on, a kitchenette, dining area and an indoor laundry. Hawaii is all about outdoor living. Enjoy the wonderful large lanai/ sun deck, outdoor shower, beautiful beach, lush garden, avocado trees, lime trees, papaya trees, watch the stars in the relaxing hot tub. You deserve this amazing retreat. Book this home and relax in paradise, many return to this very spot which amazes me because I always try new. but then again after staying in this home we had to buy it. There is a unique tree house in the back jungle lot, one can see the ocean from inside. but until it is finished we can't allow people all the way to it. but it is neat to take a picture of. Guest access Make yourself at home to the whole property, the tree house isn't finished so it will be locked and we lock a supplies closet. other than that you will enjoy this paradise privacy. Other things to note We are in Hawai'i jungle and although we keep a very clean home devoid of any kind of infestation, we are not immune from the occasional roach, centipede, termite, ant finding its way inside. The home is part of the jungle in a bugs mind and we are merely guests in their world. The home is walking distance to Hehena Black Sand Beach, a clothing optional distinction beach! Note that both levels have stairs for entrance. There is a stairway connecting the downstairs to upstairs. Comfort is the foremost influence in the beds and lounge pieces in the home. Rich Koa wood panels, ceiling height doors and unique antiques grace each room of the 4 bedroom retreat. Note: NO parties please, this is a quiet residential neighborhood and local ordinances prohibit gatherings at licensed short term rental properties. We always try to keep the hot tub in good functioning order however sometimes it might be out of order. This is not a reason for a refund. We will not grant it. The hot tub is an addition to the beautiful space however not always guaranteed. The homes private yard will amaze you with tropical trees and flowers. A huge avocado tree, coconut trees, and fresh delicious limes are for you to enjoy. Our small neighborhood is perfect for strolling on quiet streets, enjoying bird songs and finding exotic tropical plants. During the evening the sound of the jungle echos with coqui frogs and other night chirps. Ours is an Eco friendly house that harvests more energy and water than it consumes.
