You can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets every morning and night. The fenced private backyard provides a spacious outside area with a grill, a dining table, a fire pit and a new outdoor shower. The change over days are only Saturdays, which means both check-in and check-out days are only Saturdays during the summer season. Like most Jersey Shore rentals, we don't provide linens and towels during the summer season, so you have to bring your own sheets and towels for your stay. We provide enough pillows, blankets and comforters. Off season, there are no restricted check-in or check-out days, and we also can provide linens and towels. If you don't want to bring your own towels and linens when you stay off season, please let me know. The person who makes the reservation must be at least 21 years old. In addition, repeated bookings will get 5% discount on nightly rates. If you are a repeated guest, please reach out to me afterward, I will refund you the discount.
