The change over days are only Saturdays, which means both check-in and check-out days are only Saturdays during the summer season. Off season, there are no restricted check-in or check-out days. Like most Jersey Shore rentals, we don't provide linens and towels, so you have to bring your own sheets and towels for your stat. We provide enough pillows, blankets and comforters. The person who makes the reservation must be at least 21 years old. In addition, repeated bookings will get 5% discount on nightly rates.
