The fenced private backyard provides a spacious outside area with a grill, a dining table, a fire pit and a new outdoor shower. The change over days are only Saturdays, which means both check-in and check-out days are only Saturdays during the summer season. Like most Jersey Shore rentals, we don't provide linens and towels during the summer season, so you have to bring your own sheets and towels for your stay. We provide enough pillows, blankets and comforters. Off season, the minimum stay is 2 days. There are no restricted check-in or check-out days, and we also provide linens and towels when you stay off season. Reservation must be made by someone who is at least 21 years old. Repeated bookings will get 10% discount on nightly rates. Off-eason stays of 3 days or more will get a 5% discount on nightly rates. Stays of 7 days or more will get a 10% discount on nightly rates. Only one discount may be applied per stay.
