The Nelson Lofts Penthouse (2BR)

The most unique space you will find in the entire QC area. This gorgeous 3 story penthouse on top of the historic Nelson building in downtown Davenport is a true gem. This one-of-a-kind space will leave you breathless with incredible views of Davenport on a private balcony on the 5th floor of the building. The space This historic building has been repurposed into amazing apartment lofts featuring granite countertops, sealed concrete flooring, subway tile surrounds and exposed brick walls. The river views and modern industrial vibe make for a totally unique experience. Guest access Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless. Once booked, guests receive a private keycode that will provide keyless access to the apartment, and will enter the complex via a secured door. Guests will have access to their unit, as well as the rooftop patio over looking the Mississippi River. Periodically, a train will pass through downtown, so we provide ear plugs and sound machines in case they're too noisy. This is a 3-story loft, so there are many stairs in this unit. Please only book if you are able to use stairs. There are dedicated parking spaces in back, plus free street parking out front (for up to 2 hours). Other things to note Absolutely no smoking inside the unit. If there's evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee. This is a 3-story loft, so there are lots of stairs. Please don't book if you are unable to walk stairs. Absolutely no parties. We cannot stress enough that. The safety and comfort of you, our neighbors and other guests is our number priority.
