Perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the shore. The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. Fresh linens are provided on all beds. Our kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils to cook up a fresh meal. Without our dining room seating 6, a great way to gather after a fun summer day. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage including the front and back outdoors areas. Our cottage is on its own parcel of land, and not shared with any other units. Other things to note Please note that there is no designated off-street parking available. Guests may use free street parking on Franklin Street, or utilize overflow parking on Bay Blvd. No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. The minimum age to book is 24 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. The cottage is all on a single floor; however, please note that approximately 3 steps are required to access the front door.
