Our cottage is on its own parcel of land, and not shared with any other units. Other things to note *** Please note that there is no designated off-street parking available. Guests may use free street parking on Franklin Street, or utilize overflow parking on Bay Blvd. ***No parties or gatherings. Proms and high school graduation groups are not allowed. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the set occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund. *** The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. *** The cottage is all on a single floor; however, please note that approximately 3 steps are required to access the front door. *** As per our insurance policy, aggressive dog breeds are not permitted. If you plan to visit with your dog and think it may be considered an aggressive breed, please inquire with us before confirming your booking. *** The TV is a smart TV and also has cable channels accessible through the provided "Sling TV" app. For any other streaming services, you may use your own login credentials. *** Standard cleaning is included with every reservation to include cleaning floors, surfaces, linens, and towels, etc. Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, so we kindly just ask that you leave the place in good shape! *** A charge of $85 will apply for each/any lost beach badge *** Crib rental is available for $50 per stay and can be added after booking through our guest portal.
