Other things to note *** The back yard is a shared space and is not fully fenced in. Dogs may not be left unattended or unleashed in the area. *** There is no off-street parking or assigned spaces. Guest must find their own free street parking. *** No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. *** No Proms/HS graduation groups *** The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. *** During your stay, you will have access to the entire front house on this property. There is another house in the back of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay.
