Collins Road is minutes away where you'll find shopping and dining opportunities. The basement space has an adorable bedroom with queen bed and TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and more! A generous armoire is in the room. Also included is access to a living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Owners may need access to shared space (Living area, kitchenette). Note that door to space needs to remain ajar to facilitate air circulation. Guests will access space via outside guest door, passing briefly through the host's dining room directly to the basement stairs. (Read-no separate entrance).
