Free Wifi through out the unit. There is a kitchenette for easy cooking during your stay. Unit Details: -Free wifi -King sized bed -Extra large sliding window with tropical breezes and Ocean views. -Kitchenette with microwave, and kitchenware. -Window Air conditioning unit. -Computer table and chairs -32 Inch Smart TV -This unit is a 100% legal Airbnb rental. Building Details: -24 hour Security. -Pool -Jacuzzi -Gym($5 one time use fee) -Elevators -Cafe -Restaurant -Car Rental -Mini mart -Paid Parking($45/day) Guest access Entire studio and building common areas: Lower Lobby Floor (LL): Lock box, Security office (close after 5pm, but security is on property 24/7), Gym ($5 per guest for your entire stay) Lobby Floor (L): Security Desk (after 5pm), Activities & Rental Car Desk, Mini Mart, Coffee Shop, Café, restaurants. Sixth Floor: Pool(6F), Jacuzzi, BBQ area, Ice Machine, Vending Machines, Laundry Facilities Other things to note Get your keycard from the lock box in the Lower Lobby (LL) level. Check in instructions will be provided within 12hrs before your check in time. You will need the keycard to operate the elevators on the left. If the key is not functioning, please stop by at the security office (LL) before 5PM or security desk (L) after 5PM to reprogram the key. The building provides 24hr security guards and security cameras on every hallway, entry way, and elevator for your peace of mind. Luggage storage service is provided by the security office on the lower lobby (LL) level for $5 each bag, CASH ONLY. Concierge/activity booth and 808SmartCar rental are on the upper lobby (L). They rent Smart Cars, Surfboards, Beach Chairs & Umbrellas, Coolers, etc., and lots of Island Activities/Tours! Other rental of cars, scooters and bikes are nearby within minutes of walking distance. Parking along the Ala Wai Canal (right behind the building) is free but a space may be hard to find. Building garage parking is CASH ONLY at rate of $45 or $40/per 24 hours, or $20 per 24 hours if you rent a car from the building onsite rental. Alternate parking option at lower rate is within walking distance. Other things to note VERY LATE CHECK-IN: If you are arriving late the door to the elevators on ground level (Lower Lobby (LL)) will be locked due to after hours. But you can walk up to Lobby (L) set of elevators. Just take short stairway inside next to King's Pub or walk 500 feet past the drop off driveway along the right side to the sidewalk and veer right where it turns into the Lobby (L).
