Welcome to "The Spruce House"- a fully renovated 4 bed/ 2 bath home with a hot tub, 2 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms with smart TV's, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, free off-street parking, and large fully fenced backyard. Downtown is 4 blocks away and the fairgrounds are 10 blocks away. Only a 10 minute drive to the Red Lodge Ski Area and 1 block to the ski shuttle pickup. Blue ribbon fly fishing on Rock Creek and abundant wildlife are located directly out the gated back yard. The space Recently renovated in 2024, this cozy 4 bedroom and 2 full bathroom home is your perfect basecamp for exploring Red Lodge and the surrounding sights. Two blocks off the main street, downtown is 4 blocks away and the fairgrounds are 10 blocks away. Red Lodge is the last stop before embarking on the famous Beartooth Highway Pass into Yellowstone National Park. Both ground-floor king bedrooms have 43" smart TVs, dressers, side tables with adjustable reading lamps and luggage racks. The master king bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with a double vanity, tub/shower combo, and radiant heated floor tiles. To access the two queen bedrooms upstairs, guests must walk through the second king bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample counter space and a retro-dining room table seating six guests. There is additional dining on the picnic table in shaded back yard. Kick your feet up on the sectional sofa in the living room and enjoy the 65" smart TV. The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as a deep utility sink for washing outdoor gear. The large fully fenced backyard features a picnic table, gas bbq grill and a hot tub. **Please note our base price is for four guests. We charge an additional $25/guest/night and can accommodate up to 8 guests total. Keys for additional bedrooms will be provided upon arrival.** Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except the locked closet upstairs in the queen bedroom with the TV. Other things to note Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we are good friends with our immediate neighbors. Please observe quiet hours (10pm- 8am) and park respectfully in front of 502 as to not block any parking for neighbors. No food or glass in the hot tub. Always remember to securely latch and shut the hot tub lid. Absolutely no smoking inside.
