House nestled w/ privacy via a private road that leads you to your week of fun. Close to everything -minutes via car 2 min to club house pool & restaurant 6 min to Menauhant Beach 6 min to Mashpee Commons 12 min to Falmouth Heights Beach 12 min to Martha's Vineyard Ferry 10 min to downtown Falmouth's restaurant scene The space My house is set back from route 28 East East Falmouth Highway. You enter it via an easement that leads you to the only house at the top. House is surrounded by rhododendron bushes and trees with plenty of sunshine coming through skylights throughout the home. Plenty of parking (5 cars) in driveway (no parking on easement) House has 3 bedroom, 1 of the bedroom has a bathroom ensuite. House is ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids. The futon is ideal for kids/teens. New outdoor shower. Sorry, pets are not allowed. Other things to note 17 minute walk to Association beach (1 mile walk) See pool picture for hours of operation Linens and towels are not provided. I do provide 8 beach towels. July and August weeks are Saturday to Saturday rentals Central AC (Mini splits) in every room. I provide the septic-friendly toilet paper as the house (like most of cape) is on septic. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. TV streaming available in living room and in bedroom on 2nd floor Beach stuff 8 Beach chairs (in basement) 8 Beach towels (just need to be in dryer before you leave) Beach Wagon Bikes-here are various bikes in the basement for use however there aren't any helmets. A few boogie boards and some noodles and a few beach stuff for kids to build sand castles. Please do your best to take care of the items and let me know if any accident with borrowing these occur so I can be prepared for next guest.
