The bottom condo is identical to this upstairs unit and can be rented at the same time to accommodate additional space if desired. Master bedroom has one queen bed. Kids bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds. The kitchen includes a stove w/ oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with automatic ice in the freezer. Kitchen has a blender, coffee pot, single serve Keurig, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pans. Dining set includes kid cups, plates, bowls, utensils, glasses and coffee cups. Also included, iron and iron board, steam iron and hairdryer. Each bed includes bedspread, one pillow per person inside a decorative pillowcase. Condo has two additional spare blankets in the closet. Full bath with deep tub and hand-held shower head. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Guest Provide own Linens and Towels. We can provide a third party delivery service for rentals.
