With an open concept kitchen and living room, it is the perfect place to gather and relax after a day in the sun. The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. The rooms have storage space for your belongings and fresh linens will be provided. A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Guest access Guests who reserve this space will have access to the front house of the property only. There is a common outdoor space in the back that includes a grill and outdoor seating. This space is shared between the front and back unit. There is no parking available on site. Guests must find on street parking. Other things to note There is no reserved parking. Free street parking only is available. Due to the layout of this unit, the HVAC fan is located in a utility closet in the hallway. When running, it can be noisy at times. Please keep this in mind when booking. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex. Footsteps from guests utilizing the upstairs unit may be heard during. your stay. No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time. No prom/HS graduation groups The minimum age to book is 24 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay.
