Summer Getaway in Eastham (VIX INN)

The space Spectacular Bay Front Home With All the upgrades and amenities. Main home has gorgeous views from all front facing rooms and is fully equipped with sun chairs, gourmet kitchen, blender, high quality pots, pans, utensils, etc. Everything you'll need if you're a foodie. There is also a large dining room table w/2 leafs that seat 10. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 Full Bath home with Central Air and an Outdoor shower. Wall mounted flat screen Televisions in every bedroom room along w/an integrated sound system with in-ceiling recessed speakers in every room and on the breathtaking back deck. We just upgraded the kitchen stove. The main house sleeps 7. Home boasts a separate 2-story detached guest cottage which sleeps an additional 8 . Cottage was done in 2022, adding a sun splashed 2nd floor which contains a full kitchenette, dining area, large TV area with 180 degree views of the water. By day, Cottage is a perfect spot to get some quiet work done, as I have hard wired Cat-5 ports, switches, and patch cords upstairs to get work done w/a quiet spectacular view. At night, you can jettison your children, grandparents, in-laws, or a separate family to share the rental (see above). Property contains over 250 Feet of private beach. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine as your children play on the beach below during low tide. Fortunately, the home has more demand than supply. As such, I restrict the length of stay in the summer peak (6-14-26 to 9-8-26). I cannot accept weekend-only bookings during this window. I leave the settings at 2 days to accommodate travelers outside of peak season. I have 3 segments during the peak: FRI-FRI , FRI-WED, or SUN-FRI (No exceptions during the peak). I do not accept Weekend Only Rentals during Summer Peak (June 14th ish through Labor Day). You can book weekend only rentals outside that window. I learned in 2021 that a scammer had placed this property on a popular site where you sell items. If you see this property on that site C***List, please alert me. Please don't ask for exceptions to the Weekend Only segment. It renders the rest of the week un-rentable. Thank you for your interest.
