Waterfront Paradise! Sweeping ocean river views & gorgeous sunsets! Swim, kayak, paddle board or watch the tides come and go on the private dock and raft. Enjoy a book, nap or meal on the screened-in porch or patio. Bring your own boat and cruise the day away. Close to beaches - Stage Fort (5 min) and Good Harbor (12 min) as well as cafes, shops and nightlife in town center (10 min). The space Lots of beds for your whole family or friends! 3 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 rooms on the bottom floor that can used for sleeping, office space or quiet space. The kitchen, family room, full bath and porch are also on the top floor. One bedroom overlooks the river with a king bed. A second bedroom is with three twins beds, perfect for kids. Two of the twin beds are side by side. The third has a full size bottom bunk and twin top bunk as well as a free standing twin bed. The lower level has a den/office with an extra queen bed, seating area and desk located just off the patio. This level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle bed, second full rustic bathroom and washer and dryer. There is an outdoor shower head (seasonally) with a screen on the side of the house to rinse off the salt water. There are two outdoor dining options (seasonally), both overlooking the river. The table patio seats 6-8 and the screened-in porch table seats 8 -10. A smaller indoor dining table seats 4-6. Renters can use paddle boards(2), kayaks (2), dock and raft. Motor Boat is not in use for renters but you can tie your own boat up to the dock, with advanced notice and approval. Other things to note Guest are responsible for removing the paddle boards and kayaks from the water nightly (and before check out) and storing them properly. Also responsible for putting back life jackets in the bin and other sports equipment and toys. Boogie boards, beach chairs, toys and umbrellas are also available to use and put back. There are board games, books and toys for kids for guest use. Paddleboards and kayaks are stored in the shed in early to mid October due to high winds and cold temps, but can be used and put back in the shed. The dock is removed sometime in early October annually.
