The space Our home is a weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Amenities: - Full Driveway Parking included as well as Overnight parking passes for street parking - Bedroom essentials including: sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows - Keyless entry for easy access - 6 beach badges ($150 fee per badge if lost) - 4 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, beach towels and kids beach toys - Front deck with chairs and grill. The home is conveniently located a short walk past the right side of the front house. Look for the first set of stairs on the left-hand side, leading up to a back deck. Upon entering, you'll find the kitchen at the front of the house, followed by a spacious full dining/living area. The three bedrooms are situated facing the kitchen and living room, providing a cozy and inviting layout. The full bathroom is located in the rear, off of the kitchen. Additionally, guests can access the outdoor shower from the back door/stairs. We prioritize your comfort and safety, which is why we've implemented enhanced cleaning protocols before and after every stay. Additionally, we provide cleaning items within the unit for your use during your stay. Your well-being is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. Guest access Our house can be conveniently accessed through both the front and back doors. The back door has an electronic keypad and the front uses a key. Prior to your check-in, you will receive a custom access code that will allow you to enter the property effortlessly. You will have full access to the house which is single family.
