Recent Remodel We recently (June 2024) completed a significant remodel, making the condo even more amazing. Here’s what’s new: Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three baths, two bedrooms (both with CA King beds). Lanai: Large wrap-around lanai with an ocean view. Interior Upgrades: All new cabinets in the kitchen and all three baths. New luxury vinyl flooring throughout. Newly tiled bathrooms: one with a bathtub and two with walk-in showers. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Appliances: Brand new range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and full-sized washer/dryer. Kitchen: Full kitchen with service for eight. Comfort: Mini-split AC system and ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room. Amenities: Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Beach towels, folding chairs, and a beach cooler. Discover restaurants featuring authentic Hawaiian music, with energetic dance floors on weekends. Visit Kona or Ola Brew Pubs for cold beer. Enjoy a luau at the Royal Kona Resort or take the Body Glove Historic Dinner Cruise. Explore the village of Holualoa for coffee farm tours. Experience the Manta Ray snorkel trip. Island Adventures: Check the winds and weather before exploring, as the island’s two mountains create diverse climates. Recommended spots: Green Sand Beach off South Point. Additional Information *Pool will be closed February 10-20, 2026 for Spalling & pool deck repairs (weather permitting). During this period, the pool will be closed, but the recreation deck, BBQ grills, and restrooms will remain open and accessible. Work permitted M-F, 8am-4pm. The unit is equipped with A/C; please turn it off when you leave to conserve electricity. The unit will cool off nicely when you turn the A/C back on upon your return. Secure designated underground parking is suitable for a midsize or compact car only. Please enjoy your time in this beautiful place and come back often. Minimum night varies seasonally 4 -10 nights. This is a Non-smoking, no pets property. Guest access Once the reservation is paid in full and rental policies are signed, we provide directions from the airport to the property with access codes. Other things to note Each guest is expected to agree to Kona Coast Vacations Rental Policies at time of booking, a copy of the policies is available on our website. These include the house rules for the condo complex or private home. Travel insurance is available. Rates and availability are subject to verification at time of booking. Cleaning fee is combined with a service fee & Peace of Mind Protection. We take pride in the cleanliness of our properties but please be advised pests will enter the homes though open doors, windows and even hitchhike in on luggage, packages, or your person.
