With so much space to sprawl out in, this home is great for multi-generational family stays. Sit back and enjoy each other's company from one of the living room sofas, while never losing sight of the crashing blue waves beyond. When you get hungry, the chef's kitchen boasts gleaming countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the nifty gadgets you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Full and content, gather around the dining room table for a board game or try to catch sight of a whale or seal from the telescope. The bedrooms are equally lovely, all adorned with high-quality linens, soothing color palettes, and partial air-conditioning. The interior conveniences extend to a private washer/dryer, internet access, a Ping-Pong table, and beach gear for your days in the sand. On the spacious deck, fire up the brand-new gas grill and host a quintessential coastal barbecue, followed by a lovely alfresco dining experience under the shade of the electric awning. After your meal, walk along the home's gardens or opt for a peaceful sway in the hammock. When you are ready to see the sights of Gloucester, head for Rafes Chasm Park, Stage Fort Park, Cape Ann Whale Watch, the North Shore Music Theatre, and all of the area's delicious restaurants, vibrant boutiques, and stunning beaches. Boston is a quick day trip away as well! Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). Guest access Use the side door to access the home. The primary lockbox is mounted on the top right of the door - turn the key to the left toward the door frame to open it. Standard check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. If early check-in or late checkout are available for your dates, you'll receive an email or SMS offer. Before you leave, please lock all windows and doors. Other things to note The home comes with complimentary startup supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. You're responsible for purchasing any additional supplies you need during your stay. All linens, bedding, and towel sets are provided, with extras available in the home. In summer, the air conditioning can be turned off or set to 75 degrees during a heatwave. In winter, please set the heat to 55 degrees when you depart.
