The space Great Ledges Studio Peacefully situated in a hilltop garden setting, this guest suite is a place to experience Rockport's beauty, greenery, and unique artistic atmosphere. There's so much you can stroll to in just over a mile, from charming downtown Rockport to the lovely shores of Pebble Beach and Loblolly Cove. The house dates back to 1928, with the neighborhood maintaining much of the tranquility of yesteryear. The home sits in the midst of wild, local vegetation, offering serene outdoor spaces for sitting with a cup of coffee and basking in the coastal sunshine. This guest suite is attached to the main part of the home on the property, but it enjoys its own private entrance. The homeowners are professional artists and display their work throughout, contributing to the suite's cozy, creative, and inspiring ambience. Everything has the feeling of home, from the beautiful beamed ceilings to the cute little kitchen. When you're not out walking or exploring, use the complimentary WiFi to work remotely, play board games and puzzles with your loved one, or curl up in front of the Roku TV to stream a good movie. The sleeping space is upstairs on the second floor. There's no washer/dryer here, but other conveniences include tabletop air conditioners/misters. Things to Know No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
