It is conveniently located across the street from beautiful swimming, snorkeling Beach called Charley Young/Kamaole 1 Beach. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, grocery and shops! Surfing, kayak rentals, golf, bike rentals, bus stops, etc., are all in close proximity. Charley Young Beach is a local beach near Kamaole Beach Park I. Snorkel around the right point to see Turtles, Needle Fish and other marine life. Swimming, body boarding and sunbathing are good on towards the left. Walk three blocks into Kihei to enjoy sport bars, shopping, dining and other tourist attractions. You can swim at the community pool one mile north. Guest access After we accept your airbnb reservation, you will receive a confirmation message from us. We will email you the check-in information a few weeks before your arrival. It is a self check-in process using our keyless entry system. You need to register at the front desk M-F to get a parking pass for your stay. Keyless entry for easy self check-in at any time after 3 pm Free calls to Canada & the US mainland FREE parking Check-In and Check-Out • Check-in time is 3pm, no exceptions, no early check-ins. • Check-out is 11am. There are no late check-outs unless you have received permission. We reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty for leaving more than 30 minutes late. • We may approve a late check-out subject to availability at time of departure. Standard Amenities We Provide: Any amenity not on this list is subject to change without notice. We try to keep everything up to date, but if that additional amenity is very important to you, please ask about it. -Stove, refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, complete cookware, dishes, glassware, and flatware -An initial supply of toilet paper (two rolls and a spare per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. You are to supply your own if you run out. -Dish washing, dishwasher, laundry, and liquid hand soap -Trash bags, dish towels & a new kitchen sponge -Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board -Gas barbecue. Propane is provided -Cable television, WIFI, and a Fire Stick in the bedroom -One set of bed linens per bed/advertised sleeper. -One set of bath towels per person (a set is one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth). -Free beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards Other things to note *YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT IF OCCUPANCY EXCEEDS 5 PEOPLE. *Smoking is prohibited in all units and by Hawaii state law, smoking is not allowed on lanais at. Should you or any of your guests wish to smoke, there is a smoking area provided at the north side of the property. *Nothing is to be swept or thrown from the entryways or lanais. *Do not feed the birds or cats. Their presence creates unsanitary conditions. *No barbecuing on the lanais. Gas barbecues are located near the pool area. Clean after use. *Keep all food items covered or in the refrigerator.
