Fantastic location just a short drive from Abita Springs, Downtown Covington, and only 45 minutes from New Orleans. Come relax, unwind, and create lasting memories in this serene escape! The space *owner does not live on the property * All dogs MUST be approved prior to booking as we do have breed and weight restrictions. Maximum of two and a $75 fee per dog/per visit. Whispering Oaks is a private property of 1.5 acres. There are three homes on the property, which are all offered for booking. Whispering Oaks "The Main House" - sleeps 10 Whispering Oaks "The Cottage" - sleeps 7 Whispering Oaks "The Barn" - sleeps 7 All three have their own private entrances, backyards, courtyards and driveways. *please note that the refrigerator does not have an ice maker MAIN HOUSE - sleeps up to 10. - Primary bedroom (downstairs) - King Bed (en-suite bathroom) - 2nd bedroom (upstairs) - Queen Bed - 3rd bedroom (upstairs) - Two Queen Beds - These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom - 4th bedroom/lounge (downstairs) - sofa bed with en-suite bath * And then there’s also a sofa in the living room Guest access Guests will have full access to Whispering Oaks "the main house" and fenced backyard. No guest access beyond the fenced gate behind the firepit.
