Guesthouse in Madisonville

Country setting in historic Madisonville but 2 miles from restaurants, shops. 50 minutes drive to the French Quarter. On 5 acres where deer are often visiting. Very safe neighborhood. The space Summerhaven is a modern/rustic small cottage situated on 5 secluded acres. The construction is newer and design is beautiful. We have families of deer and owls and rabbits on property. It is very safe. Please note that the square footage is 480 sq ft so It is not for a family of five. The queen size bed and queen sofa sleeper are very comfortable. There is only one tv with cable in living room. Their is storage drawers under bed. Toiletries and continental breakfast with coffee are included. Kitchen area is small and we do not have oven. There is a new barbecue grill outside. Guest access Guests have entire cottage to themselves with secluded area, private entrance.
