Petite Suite/Downtown Historic Abita Springs/Location! Walk to it all!

NOTE ****When booking please let us know what brings you to the area and what guest will be accompanying you and all of your ages please.**** Must be 25 years old to book. Location! Downtown Historic Abita Springs. Everything at your fingertips. Famous Abita Brew Pub restaurant is across the street (home of Abita Beer with great restaurant and music on Friday and Saturday night outside from 6-9) The 30 mile Tammany Trace Trailhead for biking and walking is across the Street at the Abita Park. You are two blocks from Abita Cafe. There is a cute little family owned grocery and Mama D’s pizza in town. The Abita Park across the street has a creek, playground, and Farmer’s Market with music, food trucks, and vendors selling items on Sundays from 10-2. Very cute and clean chic suite. Queen bed with a combo shower/tub in the bathroom. We provide all linens and towels. We also have a washer and dryer. There is a microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, drip coffee pot and a single serve Keurig. We provide the coffee and cream and sugar. Also has a nice TCL Roku television and we have great WiFi. There is cypress slab table with two chairs for eating. This is two units. You will be in the left hand side unit. On the right side there is myself or a tenant. ****No pets allowed or smoking or vaping in our suite****** ****No bikes are allowed in our suite****** We have a bike rack under an awning, so you may want to bring your lock. It is safe in our town. We have security cameras on our property. The area is safe and walkable to everything that Abita has to offer. I will call you the day of to give you that code to get in.
