*SECOND ROOM IN HOME LISTED AT "RITA AND FERNANDO'S HOME 2" Quiet, clean, beautiful suburban home. 50 min. to Boston. Cozy library with fireplace for relaxing. Large deck to enjoy wooded area behind the house. Fernando speaks Portuguese and English. Rita is a speaker of American English, and speaks some Portuguese and Spanish. Missy is our friendly Beagle mix. We enjoy meeting new people, and will do all we can to make your stay great! (**Please note, this is a nonsmoking property!) The space The guest room has (2) twin-size beds and a closet for your use. It also has an air conditioner (in summer months). There is a shared bathroom near the guest room. Towels and bed linens provided. The room has a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig machine. Guest access Guests will have a private room, access to a shared bathroom, and use of the living room and home library. Kitchen not available for cooking, but bedroom has a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Other things to note The home is located near the highway, on a direct route to Boston.
