Guest access Loft and terrace is a private apartment Other things to note Please be advised , as per Jersey City regulations, host requests to keep record of guests ID, we ask to send copy of ID prior check in date . Apartment is on PH level . Private terrace and natural light so expect to use 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. During late springs , summer to middle of Fall , if your stay is longer then a 3 days , I will have to ask you to access the terrace to Water Plants that grows on the terrace.
