Mahalo The space New modern 4 bedroom private home is located inside the 24hr gated community of Cottages of Mauna Olu. Located in the Mākaha Valley with breathtaking Mountain View’s is a tranquil haven and a short 5min drive to Makaha beach. Our home is located just 20min North of Disneys Aulani Resort. Peacocks and chickens roam freely inside this ultra safe community and adds to its unique Hawaiian charm. You’ll love the comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, and ample natural light that fills this home. Our home is 2 stories within a luxury style living community that includes multi-million dollar homes. Master bedroom is located on the ground floor with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Views are spectacular and breathtaking with waterfalls that cascade down the lush mountain top during intermittent rains. Driveway can fit 3 vehicles only🚗. There is no inside garage or street parking and HOA strictly enforces 🚔and will tow any vehicles parked on community streets. Drones are not allowed in the neighborhood due to privacy issues. The HOA has established specific rules regarding drone usage so please do not use any drones within the gated community. Washer/ Dryer available Fresh Towels & other bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available. Keurig Coffee station, Smug coffee maker, Smug toaster, Smug kettle, rice cooker,Air Fryer and pots/pans 4 Burner BBQ Patio Gazebo misters and fire pit Patio Sofas and Umbrella Split mini A/C in each room Smart TVs in the family and master bedrooms Iron, ironing boards , and blow dryers Waterdrop filtered water system installed Fast Wi-Fi Board Games As we take lots of pride in maintaining cleanliness, each mattress comes equipped with a waterproof & bed bug proof mattress cover. This Home can accommodate 8 people. Occupancy may not exceed 8 people without written consent from the host. 🛏️Master Bedroom(Downstairs)- King Bed + en suite Bathroom+ TV 🛏️Bedroom 1 (upstairs)- (1) Queen Bed + TV 🛏️Bedroom 2(upstairs)- (1) bunk bed twin/full + 🛏️twin memory foam folding mattress in closet+ Work Desk 🛏️Bedroom 3(upstairs)- (1) Queen Bed + TV Shared Full Size bathroom for Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 Things to Note: -Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking. -Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by the 24hr guard gate who will verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by host. Max occupancy of the home is 8ppl including registered guest. Any un-registered visitors must get pre-approval from owner. 1) NO EVENTS OR HOUSE PARTIES. This is a private community and there are permanent residents located within this community. You will be asked to leave if the police are called by neighbors due to a noise complaint. Quiet time starts at 10PM-8AM everyday of the week. 2) Bunk bed is available. It’s a twin over full size mattress. No adults or infants are allowed on the upper bunk bed. Please use caution when using bunk beds. Guests assume all responsibility for their safety, and we are not liable for any injuries. 3) absolutely no smoking/vaping inside the home. 4) please remove shoes before entering the home. 5) There is no Garage parking since personal items and owners vehicle are stored inside. Washer, dryer, and beach items in garage are available for guest use 6) Disconnecting any security devices or WiFi units is strictly prohibited. 7) Please note pool and gym are currently open. Key fob in kitchen. Gym Hours: Monday - Sunday (7am-9pm) Pool Hours: Monday - Sunday (7am-7pm), Pool is closed the 1st Monday of every month for cleaning. Please note below: No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. We assume no responsibility for injuries No diving, jumping, running, horseplay, or disruptive behavior. No swimming during inclement weather. No glassware or breakables in the pool or spa area. No large rafts or flotation devices. No amplified music. No throwing of balls or objects in the pool area. No smoking or tobacco use within the pool Mahalo and please contact me if you have any questions 🤙 Guest access 🔑Keyless entry will allow you access to an ultra modern inspired home in a 24hr gated & newly built community. All guests must register at the front guard gate upon checkin and show proper identification (License, registration and auto insurance are required) . Un-registered guest are not allowed on the property and the guard at the front gate will verify registered guests. Guests cannot exceed the max allowed occupants of 8 ppl. Other things to note Parking is only allowed on the driveway. Max of 3 vehicles. No parking is allowed on the street and strictly enforced per HOA rules. Any vehicles parked on the street will be towed. Drones are not allowed in the neighborhood due to privacy issues. The HOA has established specific rules regarding drone usage so please do not use any drones within the gated community. It is recommended to rent a car since our property is located away from the city in a tropical environment and Uber can take longer than usual for pickup especially when going back to the airport. Please note Gym and Club house are currently open. Key Fob in kitchen is required to access both the pool and gym. Pool is closed the 1st Monday of every month for cleaning.
