The large island/breakfast bar is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or preparing meals. Added comfort of a half bath on the first floor as well. You'll truly feel the essence of a modern beach lifestyle with the hardwood floors, contemporary fixtures, and plenty of natural light that floods the living area. Towels and bed linens are available in the home. Guest access The garage and basement are not included in your stay, they are off limits to guests. All other areas are open for guest use. Other things to note My husband and I love spending seasonal weekends at the shore, we split our time between multiple areas local to this home. My husband works 20 minutes away and I make my own hours, we are both very easily accessible. We live very adventurous on-the-go lives and are rarely home, you will have most of the home to yourselves unless it is one of our "shore home" nights "ON". We pride ourselves in knowing a thing of two about accommodations that focus on comfort and convenience which is always our goal. We are non-smokers, quiet and like to give a "bed and breakfast" vibe of hospitality when we are around the home.
