Inside, you'll find a convenient in-unit washer/dryer to cater to your family's needs. Enjoy access to the beach, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing BBQ area. We provide ample supplies of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure a comfortable stay. Reserved parking for one car is available. Our goal is to provide a premium, hassle-free family bonding experience. Guest access As my guests, you will have complete access to the entire condo, private lanai (balcony), beachside gym and pool, beachside picnic area and bbq, lawn chairs and the beach. Access to your condo is by two secured elevators. There is free parking for 1 car in a designated parking area with additional parking available on the street. Your reservation includes a mandatory, non-refundable Property Care and Risk Mitigation Fee of $45.00, which is included in the total price shown at booking. This fee is not insurance, not a damage waiver, and does not cover, protect, or reimburse you for any damage, loss, or theft. You remain fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or excessive cleaning arising from your stay or that of your guests or invitees. The fee is earned by One Ohana Properties, Inc. upon collection and is used at its sole discretion.
