BUILDING NOTICE: May 14, 2026 As part of the AOAO’s ongoing commitment to safety and property improvements, the Maintenance Department and its contractor will be conducting the Annual Preventative Maintenance, cleaning, and repairs for the 6th Floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, and Pool Deck areas. The pool deck area will be closed beginning Sunday, November 8 at 9:00 p.m. and is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 16 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting. During this time, the Pool/Jacuzzi access gate will be locked and secured, and all amenities within the area will be unavailable for use throughout the maintenance period.
