This charming and cozy cottage has been recently renovated to offer all the modern conveniences while still retaining its classic coastal charm. This home is a fun vacation getaway for family and friends to enjoy The Seashore At Its Best. One TV in the living room. Tenant can login into their comcast account and get TV or log into their hulu, sling, netflix accounts. The washer is a combo washer & dryer which takes long to do laundry. Clothes lines in yard outside. No kitchen table, no dining room table, just the kitchen counter bar stool area. There is an outside table with 4 chairs. NO BEACH TAGS. NO GRILL. There are three comfortable bedrooms in the cottage, two on the first floor and one upstairs in the loft. Downstairs, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a powder room ensuite and the second bedroom has a child�s bed. A loft is located on the second floor. An all-new full bathroom with a shower is located on the first floor. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. Chelsea Place Park and playground is located nearby as well. Stone Harbor is known as THE SEASHORE AT ITS BEST, as the close proximity of the beaches, bay and town allow for walking from the enjoyment of sand, sun and water activities to the pleasure of downtown ice cream, mini-golf, boutiques and quaint shops, art galleries and eclectic dining. This coastal retreat is ideally located 2 blocks from both the Beach and the Bay as well as just a short walk to The Stone Harbor Bird Sanctuary, a National, Natural Landmark, featuring wooded paths through a 21 acre nature preserve for birds, waterfowl and butterflies.
