Bright and nicely outfitted unit with central air, 2 off street parking spaces and an enclosed outdoor shower. To secure your vacation, we require a signed short-term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven business days of receipt. We will email you a short-term rental agreement for you to review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first of two payments. 50% of the total amount due to secure your dates, with the balance and final payment of 50% due 30 days prior to check in. To reserve your week/weekend we will need the following information in order to email you a short-term rental agreement: Name(s) you want on the rental agreement • Home address • Home & Cell phone #'s • List of all occupants that will be staying in beach house • A copy of the individual’s driver’s license whose name is on the lease ***NO Senior Week Groups.
