Explore, play, rest & relax. We have all you need for a wonderful retreat to make your trip to the Cape an enjoyable one. The space The apartment is located above the newly built garage and has a private entrance with a custom digital code. Pull down the long driveway and park right in front of the "guest parking sign ". You'll see the staircase to the deck. On the acre and a half property we have two goats and a chicken that are family pets, you're always welcome to visit them as they are very friendly. (We recommend keeping the gate closed on the deck or Betty the chicken will be sure to visit) The apartment space is brand new along with all new appliances and two smart TVs., as well as new Mitsubishi heating and cooling system. The outdoor space includes a private deck and a private firepit area surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The House is nestled back off the main road and is very private. We are within walking distance of water access possible to launch kayaks /stand-up paddle boards. We have beach chairs and a cooler available for guests to use. Guest access You'll have full access to the apartment, private deck & Firepit area. You're always welcome to visit the goats and chickens along the way.
