Room available for Professional Female.

I am the home owner & a NJ Real Estate Agent looking for a professional roommate to share my 4bdrm home. Located in a nice & safe well lit development w/ street parking. Centrally located between Philly& AC; Rowan College is 5mi away. Short or long term. We are easy going, friendly professional females and want females only! You must have a job w/ steady income & own transportation. Perfect for med school students or working professionals. In the home lives myself, one other woman, and 2 cats. The space Nice and quiet development. Perfect for morning or evening walks. Bedrooms will have locks and a key to the room will be provided as well as the front door to the home. Room is already furnished. WiFi included and access to laundry room and kitchen. Guest access Kitchen, laundry room, bathroom, and backyard. During your stay I am a sociable person but will also give you your space. I am available to answer any questions by text or call. Other things to note No over night guests. In the home lives myself and my daughter, who is a school psychologist, and there may be other roommates in the home as well. If you have any other questions please message me. In the home lives 2 friendly cats. The cats will not bother you and are usually not seen. All of our guests really enjoy the kitties and they only interact with you if you want them to! Background check is done for my safety and my other guests safety. The recent reviews are in reference to my 17 year old cat who had an accident and was cleaned up immediately. That roommate who left the review, she was upset that she did not receive money back after leaving early but she left before the end of her reservation because of her job assignment ended early. House is always kept clean and cats are very friendly if you interact with them. But they won’t bother you at all if you don’t want them to. *Update: our elderly cat just passed and is no longer with us. 😢
