Hanover Haven is located close to all you need! Clemson University is only 3 miles away. There are 3 full grocery stores within 5 minutes. Lake Keowee access and marina all within 5 miles. The Gathering space is such a great place to have family fun! There are card games and large TVs with multiple streaming platforms. We are also working on a great outdoor space that will include a grill and sail shade ready for the summer. There is also an RV on the property that is an AirBNB. The space This is a great place for large groups since prior owners opened one of the bedrooms to the living space. With that they added a back bedroom to keep the house as a 3 bed 2 bath. The house is surrounded by trees so even though it is in town it feels private. Guest access Access is open to all space except the backyard for now as we are working on completing a deck for future guests. Other things to note Again there is a RV on the property that also sometimes has guests or can be added to make for an even large gathering of you need.
