This is a perfect centralized spot from which to embark on so many activities including birding, golfing, beach combing along both the Delaware by and ocean beaches, and more. Easy access to the Garden State Parkway for transit to each of the local shore points (Avalon, Stone Harbor, the Wildwoods and the Cape Mays). Cape May and its wonderful walking mall is 15 minute drive. Atlantic City is a half hour drive at most.
