Condo within a walk to the beach

This beach house has everything you need. The L -shaped deck is spectacular with views of the harbor from the front and ocean from the back! The sunsets behind the house are incredible for your deck dining pleasure. There are beach towels and even a kayak under the house that you can pull on wheels to Museum Beach. You can walk or ride bikes into town to enjoy shopping and dining. There are two bikes under the house. This is in a very special location in Scituate, close to Lighthouse Point. The space This property is part of a duplex with two condos. My condo has 4 bedrooms but one was turned into a dining room and one into an office that has a pull-out Pottery Barn twin bed sleeper sofa. There is a closet in that room and a bathroom next door making it a nice downstairs bedroom for a single person. The other two bedrooms are upstairs with an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom. The entrance to my condo is accessed by the stairs to the left that go up to the large lower deck. This large deck is part of my unit and rental. The smaller upper decks are owned by the other owner so I have potted plants on the steps as a reminder that this is not part of the rental. My gate has latches in the front and back which is great for animals and small kids. There is a laundry room off the kitchen that has locks on each side for privacy, but it is a shared usage. The other owner, Kate is great but rarely home. There are two dumpsters under the house for trash and recycling which is picked up every other Wednesday but will be brought up to the street for collection by us.
