We have an ideal setup for a short weekend stay, remote work "staycation", or a weeklong reset. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sleeper sofa with memory foam in case an extra bed is needed. The back yard is 200 feet from the water. Launch the kayaks or go for a swim at the small beach area to the right of the docks (docks are private, not usable). Kayak straight across the Pond to the large beach area. *Please note (STAIRS): 2 stairs to get to the front door. 12 stairs between the first and second floor. SOUTHWICK RAIL TRAIL Great biking trail less than a mile from our home, bring your bikes and enjoy the scenery. The large island serves as the focal point of this completely remodeled kitchen and provides a perfect space to gather and enjoy a glass of wine while prepping food. The kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances, modern finishes, ample lighting, and quick access to the back patio. Friends and family will enjoy the eat-in dining table next to the bar stools at the island. If home cooked meals are your thing this kitchen has all the necessary tools! Full access to a washing machine and dryer with detergent available. - Infant high chair is located inside the laundry room BACK PATIO Stroll out to the back patio from the sliding door in the kitchen. To the right you will find our hot tub with seating for 6 with a view of the lake. To the left grab a seat or grill up some dinner with the propane grill. Sliding screens to keep open during the day but keep the bugs out at night. BACK KAYAK SHED Grab the key ring for access to all our outdoor goodies. - 2 Single Kayaks, 2 Double Kayaks (2 Seaters) with Paddles - Life Jackets: 6 Adult, 2 Kids, 2 Infant - Small Inflatable Row boat - Corn Hole - Other outdoor activities Guest access Guests have full access to the home and outdoor space except for a locked owner’s closet. We do not own or have access to the docks. Next to the docks is public access with a small beach area and a launch for the kayaks. Entry to the home is provided by an electronic keypad on the front door. The keypad code is provided in your check in email. Guests have shared access to North Pond directly behind our home. Other things to note - MAX of 2 CARS can be parked in the driveway. There are no additional parking spaces. -The right side of the driveway must stay clear as there is a public easement with access to the water. -We provide necessities for your stay – toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, spices, salt and pepper. -Washer and Dryer (laundry soap) provided for your use during your stay. - 2.5 Hour Drive to New York City (NYC) - 20 minute drive to Bradley Airport
