Main living space has an open layout with a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining room table seats 8-10 people and 4 more at the counter. The front deck and back deck are perfect for enjoying breakfast. There is a 77’ Smart TV in the living room to stream your favorite movie or TV show. *First Floor: Bedroom has a King bed, 55” Smart TV, closet and office desk. *Second Floor: Master bedroom has a Tempurpedic king bed, bathroom, walk in closet and balcony. *Second Floor: 2 bunk beds - both are Full over Full beds with trundle pull out beds underneath. There is also a 55” television. *Second Floor: Queen bed, dresser, and double closet. *Third Floor: Junior master suite has a queen bed, 43” Smart TV, walk in closet, a full bathroom and is located on the rooftop level. Every room has a closet and drawer space. There is a full washer and dryer for guest use. There are security cameras on the exterior of the house including a ring camera for home security. Guest access Guests will receive a keypad code prior to checkin to access the property. The code will be activated at 4:00pm on the checkin-in date and will expire at 10:00am on the checkout date. There is an enclosed garage with remote opening that fits 2 cars and one in the driveway. You are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, beach, waterpark, rides and boardwalk. Other things to note 2-3 Minute Walk to the Beach and Boardwalk! At least 24 hours before your stay you will be given a 4 digit code to access the home at check-in. Kindly ask that you put out the garbage on the town pick up days. The schedule is shared in the welcome binder as well as on the fridge. ***NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS and you must be at-least 26 years old to rent this home and be present at check in and the remaining of the stay. There are no small gatherings with guests that are not staying at the house. Zero tolerance of neighborhood disturbance. If your looking to party all night long outside with music and being loud, this home is not for you. ***Please be respectful to our kind neighbors and follow the city noise ordinance of 10pm to lower music and volume level of interaction outdoor. Also be respectful of neighbors space and property. ***Children and teens must not be left unattended on balconies. Absolutely NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. The authorities will be called. Please NO pets due to SEVERE allergy concerns.
