Camp Milson is glamping at its best! Located in the Gold Coast area of Flathead Lake, Camp Milson offers the modern, luxurious amenities of a 5-star boutique hotel in a beautiful nature setting. There are two remodeled midcentury homes (Glass House and Cherry Tree Cabin), and two outdoor structures - the trapper cabin and tipi. Both homes feature high-vaulted ceilings, indoor/outdoor access, fire pits and private outdoor seating. There are split AC units in every room and ceiling fans. The space * Please note that our rental permit allows maximum capacity of 14 people (10 adults/4 kids, including infants). Please respect this policy and input correct number of people in your booking request. If you have additional people (up to 22) and would like to book the entire Camp Milson property, click on my profile and go to my other listings and look for "Camp Milson - Entire Retreat" Glass House: (sleeps 8) This is the main house on the property which has three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: two sets bunks (4 kids only) Bedroom 3 - detached room, no bathroom: two twin beds. The house has two full bathrooms. Chef's kitchen with large dining room area, and downstairs TV room, full size laundry room. (Approximately 2250 ft with a 250 ft deck on upper level.) Cherry Cabin: (sleeps 4) This cabin has two bedrooms and one bathroom with a full size kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor dining and lounging space. Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds Trapper Cabin: (sleeps 2) This cabin has two twin beds in an all-enclosed screened room. Put your two most adventurous guests in this space as it's the best room for experiencing the outdoors. Fall asleep to the sounds of nature under the protection of a roof and screened walls. (Solar light only and must use bathroom in one of the houses.) Tipi: (sleeps 4) Nestled between four trees with the entrance facing East for sunrises, this 20’ tipi was gifted by our Cree Indian friends. The simplicity and beauty of the tipi is the perfect setting for story-telling and special new memories. (Solar light only and must use bathroom in one of the houses.). Furnished with 4 twin size cots, desk, chair and 2 leather lounge chairs. Boat dock: We do not recommend overnight parking of boats on dock. Guest access Please note that the owners cabin on the upper portion of property may or may not be used during your stay. It will not be rented to other guests and there are no shared spaces. Other things to note To enquire about our property, please do not click "Reserve". Please click "CONTACT HOST" and let me know a few details before we can accept your request: 1. Reason for your trip; 2. Number of people and if there are any children under the age of two; Confirm you will not be bringing any pets (unless you have proof of service animal requirements. Emotional support animals are not allowed). Thank you! The permit occupancy is based on what has been approved for your reservation . We have a city ordinance for quiet hours 10pm-7am. We want to make sure we are in good standing with our neighbors so we request guests to move inside after 10pm. Rental Agreement: This Rental Agreement (“Contract”) is entered by and between Casa Limonada LLC (“Owner”) and yourself as the Airbnb renter (“Guest”). Owner and Guest may collectively be referred to as the “Parties”. The Parties agree as follows: CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict cancellation policy. Please review carefully QUIET ENJOYMENT: [Guest shall be entitled to quiet enjoyment of the premises, and Owner will not interfere with that right.] Guest also agrees to respect neighbors and will not cause disruption of neighbors. NUMBER IN PARTY: Number of people staying on Premises must be indicated and confirmed on contract and not exceed maximum number of people allowed as indicated in the contract. Evidence that the number of people staying on the Premises exceeds number indicated on the contract may result in forfeiture of entire security deposit and the situation must be remedied immediately by the guest. If the situation is not remedied immediately, booking will be canceled and guests must vacate the premises immediately. PARTIES: Gatherings, including guests, which exceed maximum number of people staying in our home must be preapproved and noted in our contract. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and care should be taken and polite consideration given to neighbors so that their peace is not unduly imposed upon or disturbed. Guest is responsible for all visitors in this regard, whether occupying the property or “dropping by” for a visit. Evidence that parties have been conducted without pre-approval will result in a forfeiture of entire security deposit and guest must vacate the premises immediately. All cars should be parked on our driveway, not on surrounding streets. PETS: Guest is NOT allowed a pet on the premise. If the situation is not remedied immediately, guest must vacate the premises immediately. Service animal registration required at time of booking. NO SMOKING POLICY: No smoking of cigarettes or cigars is allowed on the property. Evidence of smoking on the property will result in a forfeiture of entire security deposit. DANGEROUS MATERIALS: Guest shall not keep or have on or around the Premises any item of a dangerous, flammable or explosive nature that might unreasonably increase the risk of fire or explosion on or around the premises or that might be considered hazardous by any responsible insurance company. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE :While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. ELECTRICITY, A/C AND HEAT: We ask that you please remember to turn off the A/C, heat and all lights when not using them, and use A/C and heat on an as - needed basis. LIABILITY WAIVER: Guest, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hereby waives and releases any claim that Guest now or later might have against Owner and Owner’s employees and agents, regarding the construction, design, maintenance, repair, or condition of the premises negligent conduct of Guest, Guest’s employees or agents, or any activities that take place thereon or therein. Without limiting the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guest hereby assumes the risk of harm to Guest, Guest’s personal property, and Guest’s agents and invitees in whole or part arising from or related to any of the foregoing causes. By renting this property through Airbnb, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement.
