This home sleeps up to ten guests, with an open living/ dining & kitchen area, perfect for conjuring and creating new memories. The yard is spacious and open, surrounded by trees to allow for some privacy. There is an outdoor deck, perfect for summer bbq’s and seating area. note: patio furniture an bbq are put away on off-season The space Cozy single family home with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Window AC units installed during peak season (June- August only) Outdoor deck equipped with a grill and outdoor dining set (during the on season months). Large yard for outdoor activities, nestled in by greenery. Main entrance, to left of home (located under the breezeway). Guest access Our guests will have key pad access through the side door located under the breezeway. Other things to note Located just steps away from eagle pond to hike, kayak and get some fresh air! Barnstable beach pass available during the summer months! Note: We do not provide toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
