With ample parking, get here and leave your keys! Walk to summer musts within 10 minutes including the BEACH, restaurants, resorts, ice cream, mini golf, coffee and more. Unwind in this open, bright, 2bd(+bonus room), 1bath home. LINENS provided, children/adult books&games, kitchen cooking/grilling needs, beach chairs and wagon. Outside is where the memories are made. Fenced-in, large yard for kids & dog, outdoor shower, dining w/ lights for ambiance, and a comfortable lounge section. The space Our home is a two bedroom, 1 bathroom property with a sunroom that’s been converted into a bonus room, which can sleep 6 comfortably. Master bedroom: Immediately feel relaxed when you enter the spacious, tastefully decorated master bedroom. Get a good night sleep on the comfortable queen bed with plenty of pillows. Easily unpack all of your things with our ample storage including two six-drawer dressers, as well as a closet with hangers. Full-length and oversized mirror included so you can see your beautiful self before leaving to enjoy all the Cape has to offer. Second bedroom: The kids will love this cozy, coastal bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (four twin beds total), plus nightstand, dresser and closet. Children’s books can be found on the nightstand for entertainment. Bonus room: When entering through the front door, take in our sun-soaked sunroom which has been converted into sleeping space with a nightstand and dresser. Peek around the corner to see a full sized bed, and feel free to extend the room barrier to close off the space a bit more. Although the front door opens to this room, there is another door prior to entering the main living space allowing for privacy. Main living space: Our open layout with a brand new coat of white paint gives a spacious, clean and fresh feel to your stay, with an entirely coastal vibe! Relax on the large sectional, and enjoy your favorite movies/shows through our Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and PBS kids streaming apps. Please note: the fireplace is not a working one and cannot be used. Enjoy meals, a puzzle, or a game night in the dining area with a beautiful chandelier and two benches to fit 4-6 people. Our kitchen is equipped with all your cooking/dining needs, and includes a Keurig hot/iced coffee machine, electric kettle, filtered water pitcher, and microwave. Please note: we do not have a dishwasher. We also have a septic system and greatly appreciate your care in preventing food/grease to go down the drain. Our bathroom includes a shower with tub (great for young kids!), and a wall cabinet to store your things. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and septic safe toilet paper. Please ensure nothing besides the provided toilet paper is flushed. Now for the outside - where the memories are made! Notice our ample parking with space for two mid-sized cars in the driveway, as well as additional space along the side and front yard. Feel comfortable and out of harm letting your children (and dog if applicable) run around in our large fully-fenced in yard. Enjoy watching the birds or passersby while sitting on our Adirondack chairs in the front yard. Out back, enjoy our private patio oasis with a large outdoor dining set for 8, as well as a comfortable outdoor sectional for lounging. And what’s a cape house without an outdoor shower?! Enjoy our spacious one around the side of the house, which has additional shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Feel free to rummage through the back shed, equipped with 4 adult beach chairs, two children’s beach chairs, beach wagon and cooler for your enjoyment! Guest access There is an attic space that is inaccessible and unavailable for use. Other things to note We understand that dogs are apart of your family and the memories you make! We do charge an additional nightly rate of $25 if your dog is joining. There is a loft space which is unaccessible. Entering is not permitted. Fireplace cannot be used.
