We sold the house but I am currently still the property manager handling all rentals just the same, with a new listing :) Upon entry, you will walk into the dining area that flows into the open concept living room and fully equipped kitchen. There is ample seating throughout this space to provide an airy and comfortable place to relax and make memories with the whole family. In the living room area is a ladder which leads to the kids club loft. Kids will love having their own space to hang and even play some air hockey! The house boasts 3 bedroom and 1.5 baths. The king bed nook offers a water view, the queen room includes a powder bath, and the twin room sleeps two with a full dresser and large closet. All bedrooms have a large Smart TV and down comforters/cotton linens. The full bath is spacious enough and features a rainfall high pressure shower head. You will be waterfront on Jenkins Pond! The outdoor space is comfortable and relaxing with outdoor dining for 6 on the deck over looking the patio area with a propane fire pit and cushioned outdoor seating. Kayaks and paddle boards are provided for exploring the pond. To the right of the patio is an outdoor shower equipped with a rain fall shower head. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home/out spaces. Basement/cellar is for owners use only. Other things to note $25/per night pet fee. Please keep dog off furniture and bedding.
