This top floor corner unit with vaulted ceilings is full of natural light, tropical breezes, and unobstructed views of the pool and golf course. This is one of the few legal and licensed vacation rentals on Oahu. The space Welcome to the Seascape! Our space has 1 bedroom, 1 loft, 1 bathroom and can sleep up to 5 people comfortably ( 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin day bed). Each room has a new Novaform mattresses with 4 hypoallergenic down alternative pillows, comforters and throw blankets. Both rooms are equipped with Samsung smart TVs + spectrum channels. There are two lanais’, on each end of the unit with comfortable living spaces for you to enjoy the outdoors. This bright and airy corner unit has one of the only direct views of the pool and golf course. Cool down with our brand-new split AC unit or open the sliding doors for an incredible tropical breeze. We have a high-top bar space that can serve as a designated workspace if needed as well as unlimited strong Wifi throughout the unit. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a meal at home. A drip coffee machine and coffee grounds are provided to fuel your days! We have 1 full bathroom with a shower+ bathtub and plenty of towels for the whole family. We also have a very quiet new washer/dryer with detergent pods available for use. All the beach gear you need for ocean adventures is provided: towels + blanket, chairs, umbrella, cooler backpacks, 2 X set of mask and snorkel, and a wagon to carry it all. We also supply you with tennis rackets and balls for the private courts on the property! As parents of little ones ourself, we know how crazy it can be to travel with the whole family. We are happy to provide a baby gate, pack and play, highchair, and books upon request to make your travel experience lighter. The unit is decorated with beautiful pieces from local artist Bree Poort. Guest access Enjoy easy step by step keyless entry and self check in, our guests can arrive at anytime after check in. We wanted our check out process to be as easy and relaxing as our check in, so we don't ask you to do complete any tasks upon check out. Our only ask is to kindly check out at 10:00am :) The unit comes with one designated parking space. If you wish to have any guests visit you during your stay, there are complimentary guests spots but you will need to alert security of their visit. A key fob will be provided for gate and pool access during your stay! Other things to note Please keep in mind that it is common to see occasional bugs in our island home. We do our absolute best to keep them out, please help us by keeping all trash bins closed, putting all food away and keep screen doors closed at all time. Thank you for understanding! Please note there is no door for the master bedroom but there is still adequate privacy. The condo has its own private pool, along with a charcoal BBQ pit and tennis courts. It's about a 2 min drive to the resort or 10 minute walk. You will have access to the Turtle Bay Resort pool bar, pool restaurant, resort property and all other restaurants, however the cabanas at the resort and the Turtle Bay Resort pool are reserved for hotel guests only.
