Home has a 2 car garage and a driveway for parking cars. There is a beach buggy that is available to be used to transport anything to the beach. Main floor has a smart TV, full kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, utensils, microwave, set of 12 for plates, cups and utensils. Kitchen has a wine bar on the island. Island had seating for four. Deck has table and seating for 6 including cushions. Grill will be located on the deck and is gas. Home has washer and dryer. Home has bath towels and beach towels for 12 and full linens for all beds, including an extra set per room. Non refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. Pets must be leashed at all times and picked up after. Guest access Home is fully accessible with the exception of the owners closet which will be locked. Other things to note Property is available all year round. Off season rentals do not have to be a 7 day minimum but can do weekends or specific nights. Property does have heat, AC, washer and dryer in the home on main floor.
