First floor apartment located in our 2 family home. Located in-between Harvard, Central and Inman Squares. I live in a separate apartment upstairs with my husband and 2 teen children and our cat Fudge. City of Cambridge Inspected and Licensed as a LEGAL short term rental apartment. No pets! Centrally located in between Harvard, Central and Inman Squares. !5 minute walk in any direction to all three squares! You will also find the Green line !5 minutes away and the Red line 10 minutes away. Street parking is available with a vistors pass for short term parking in the area, please let me know if you will need the parking pass. This is a perfect location for visiting Harvard University, MIT or Boston.. 26 fabulous restaurants, cafes and coffee shops just around the corner or use the 2 groceries stores within a 10 minute walk. You also can have groceries delivered from Instacart from a number of local retailers. You can't go wrong in this area. Walkers paradise with public transportation and blue bikes nearby. Kitchen with full size appliances. Toaster, coffee maker, microwave, all utensils, dishes and basic cookware are provided. Salt, pepper and olive oil as well as a starter pack of coffee pods provided. Kitchen has a 24inch smart TV. The front bedroom has a King size bed, work space with desk and chair, dresser and smart TV and a seperate wardrobe amoire. The 2nd rear bedroom has a queen size bed and dressers. If you are a family traveling with a baby or small child there is a pack and play and sheets available. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa for one as well as a second dedicated workspace with desk and chair. and 50inch smart TV WiFi is availble throught the apartment. Parking pass for street parking available upon request Laundry can be available for stays of 5 nights or more. If you should require anything else during your stay just let us know since we live upstairs and will be happy to help you out! Thermostat in the king bedroom controls heat only for the apartment ,the home has no central air conditioner. Ac window units are installed in June. Our cat Fudge lives in our apartment upstairs but you may see him on the front porch. Guest access All areas of the apartment on the first floor as well as front porch (shared) and back patio Other things to note Parking pass available upon request for street parking.
