Only the storage closet/room is locked. Check-in is simple and convenient with a smart lock keypad, allowing self-check-in anytime after your scheduled arrival. Other things to note - The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others). - Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked - We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here. - After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement.
