You will be just a brisk walk away from dozens of bars and restaurants in the popular Canal district. Your private bedroom Has a large walk in closet that can be turned into a second bedroom a foldout single bed, Good sized desk complete with office supplies, extra blankets, heat, fans, Flat screen tv with amazon fire stick and Super Nintendo classic console. New king bed with fresh sheets and towels, and a dresser for clothing storage. Please Note that for summer I don’t have AC in the room, we do however have fans in the Rooms. This unit is listed without AC in summer, we do have a limited number of them available for $5 a day of the stay is over 7 days. Due to the age of the house we can generally run just one AC per floor without the electric tripping.
